Aggressive Driving

Is a combination of moving traffic offenses that will endanger property or the well being of another person. It involves inconsideration, risky behavior, poor judgement and lack of responsibility while on the road (speeding, tailgating, running a red light, reckless driving and even texting).
Distracted Driving:

Driving/operating a motor vehicle while engaging in other activities such as phone usage, texting, changing the radio station, doing makeup/or hair, horseplay, arguing, eating, etc
Road Rage:

Is an intentional assault by a driver or passenger with a motor vehicle or a weapon with the intent to hurt, harm, threaten or even kill. Road rage isn’t just about aggressive gestures or honking horns; it’s a collision of emotions, circumstances, and impulses that hold immense power—a power that can save lives or steer to regrettable outcomes.
